Inji Thairu / Ginger Curd is a traditional Kerala dish which can be normally served during sadya or other special occasion along with Rice.
- Curd - ½ Cup
- Finely Chopped Ginger - ½ tsp
- Green Chillies(roundly cut) - ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves
- Add Ginger, Green Chilli, Salt and Curryleaves into Curd.
- Mix it well and serve.
